Vanagon: Automatic: $1950.00 exchange plus freight. We use the case and all the internals from a 3 speed Golf / Jetta for our automatic transmissions (same gear ratio). This transmission will have a silky smooth shift about 300 - 400 rpm higher then stock which makes it a perfect match for the TiiCo engine.
4 speed manual: $1149.00 exchange plus freight Add $ 349.00 for .77 or .70 4th gear. Add $ 795.00 for 4.57 Ring & Pinion. $2350.00 for 4 speed transmission. 3400 RPM at 70MPH!!. 5 speed transmissions for 2 wheel drive with 4.83 ring & pinion with .77 5th. Only $2895.00 plus freight and return of 4 speed core. Add $495.00 for 4.57 ring & pinion. Syncro 5 speed must be quoted on the condition of your core. We have extensive experience in Syncro transmissions. Dependant on condition of ring & pinion, case and main shaft, price will range from $2400.00 - $3200.00 plus freight. We build customer supplied transmissions only.
